This standard would be effective from March 1st, 2002. Among the standard, the items 3.1.1, 3.1.5, 3.2.3, 3.2.9, 3.3.4, 3.3.5, 4.1.12, 5.1.11, 6.1.12, 8.2.4, 8.3.4, 9.1.8, 9.1.13, 9.1.14 and 12.5.6 are mandatory, and must be observed strictly.
